Air Conditioner
Keep air conditioners at 23°C or higher. Most houses spend a lot of time increasing and decreasing the thermostats. This temperature is a good medium. Most work environments set thermostats at this temperature.
Cover Windows
During the day close your curtains or cover the outside of your windows with the shade cloth.
Do Hot Jobs Later
Cook and iron during cooler times of the day.
