Your Journey, Our Support
We walk with you as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, to help you heal and thrive through every phase of your justice journey.
We provide these services to walk with you to where you need on your road to healing and thriving in your community. Our free My Care Journey offers personalised care to guide you through each step of your journey. Every client receives case management, creating a tailored plan that integrates individual services and yarning circles to ensure holistic support for your unique needs.
My Care Journey is available through five phases to guide you at every step:
Court Support: Help you to navigate court. Yarning circle access can also be provided.
Prison Support: Fostering hope and connection while you’re detained. Yarning circles can also provide assistance in the prison community with its various situations. Family also have access to community services at this time.

Community Support: Helping you rebuild in the community. The services meet individual needs and the plan is prepared during the Release Support phase to enable a swift transition.
Transition Support: Guiding you toward long-term stability in your community is the main goal, however as the My Journey, Our Support program is volunteer we also provide the best situation possible prior to leaving Yeddung Mura.
